June Loxcile Armstrong

Franklin, NC - June Loxcile Armstrong, 72, of Franklin, NC died Saturday, October 2, 2010 in a local hospital. She was a native of Jasper, AL, the daughter of the late Samuel J. and Icie Dailey, She was married to the late Howard Armstrong. She retired from the city of Belle Glade Florida Parks and Recreation Department. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, She was a loving mother and grandmother and she loved her flower garden.

She is survived by two daughters, Cleo Patricia Park and her husband Mark, Carol Crisp and her husband Tony all of Franklin, NC: three sons, James B. Williams, Gilbert W. Williams and his wife Michelle and Jason Adam Sargent all of Franklin, NC; one sister, Louise Hill of Petersburg, TN and three brothers, Erskine Dailey of Pompano Beach, FL, Bruce Williams and Pete Dailey both of Florida. Fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Ann Reizel.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Owens officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. one hour prior to the services at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.
