Keith Max Arvey, 68, of Franklin, NC, passed away October 4, 2024. He was born October 31, 1955, in Swain County, to the late Earl Arvey and Mildred McGaha Arvey.
Keith was worked in real estate, insurance, and was known as the "Pepsi Man" when he worked for the Pepsi Bottling Company in Bryson City. Keith loved football (Maroon Devils) Swain Co, fishing, camping and grocery shopping. He was known as the "Coupon King". Keith greatest love was the Lord, helping people, showing kindness, and giving to people in need.
Keith is survived by his children, Kelly Arvey, Jason Arvey, Sr., Michael Arvey (Julie), Amanda Maxwell (Corey), Travis Meyer (Jaqueline): 15 grandchildren, Luke Arvey, John Arvey, Jason Arvey, Jr., Heather Arvey, Brooke Arvey, Kason Arvey, Bryson Arvey, Brianna Scott, Khaleb Scott, Abigail Simmons, Paytin Maxwell, CJ Maxwell, Ava Meyr, Emma Meyer, Lincoln Meyer, and Nora Meyer; great grandchildren, Roman Scott, Kingston Rawleigh, Ronin Arvey, and Paysley Arvey; and a sister, Linda Whitworth.
In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his wife, Rhonda Arvey; and two brothers, Larry Arvey and Vernon Arvey.
A celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Farmer officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
