Leroy Craig Thornton

Leroy Craig Thornton, age 62, of Franklin, NC passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016.  He was born in Ogden, Utah, the son of the late Joe and Euleta Mae Elliott Thornton.  He was a loving father and brother; he had worked at Walmart and supported the Boy Scouts.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Jenkins.

He is survived by his step-son, Matthew Jenkins,  two sisters, Joanne Gradner and Larene Smith both of Utah; a sister-in-law, Karen Jenkins (James) of Franklin, NC; three brothers, Donald, Mike and George Thornton all of Utah; mother-in-law, Dyane Jenkins and father-in-law, Bobby Jenkins.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
