Margaret Elaine Kimsey Hernandez

Franklin, NC - Margaret Elaine Kimsey Hernandez, age 62, of Franklin, NC, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012. She was born in Macon County, the daughter of the late Claude L. and Bertha Lee Kimsey. She had worked as a clerk in a pharmacy, and was a member of Prentiss Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, especially to her granddaughter. She collected antiques and had worked at an Antique Mall in Florida, she loved growing flowers and gardening.

She is survived by her husband of twenty five years, Fidencio Hernandez; daughter, Lesley Wilson of Franklin, NC , step daughter, Anita Marie Hernandez of Tampa, FL; stepson, Jose C. Gonzalez; son in law, Chris Dillard of Franklin, NC; three sisters, Margie Mason, Selma Craine, and Faye Wilson all of Franklin, NC; one grandchild, EmaLeigh Raine Dillard. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Randall Skylar Dillard.

Memorial services will be held Monday, November 26, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryant Grant Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Stillwell officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
