Marjorie Webb

Marjorie Tibitha Webb, 82, of Highlands, NC passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019.  She was born February 6, 1937 in Macon County, NC to the late Sarge and Effie Henry Gibson.  She was married to Joe Ed Webb who died in 2008.  Mrs. Webb was a homemaker and attended Highlands Assembly of God Church.  She loved people, loved her grandchildren, loved her snuff and loved going ginseng hunting with her husband Joe.

She is survived by four daughters, Mary Sue Gilpin (Jack) and Ann Gilpin both of Brooksville, FL, May McNeal (Ronnie) of Webster, FL and Linda Webb of Hendersonville, NC; four sons, Albert Webb, Charles Webb (Pam) and Benny Webb (Cathy) all of Hendersonville, NC and Doug Webb of Brooksville, FL; many grandchildren, great‑grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Webb and Myrtle McCall and three brothers, Jack, Gene and Edward Gibson.

A gravseside service will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Horse Cove Cemetery, with Rev. Randy Reed officiating.
