Franklin, NC - Michael Russ Quigley, age 51, of Franklin, NC passed away Monday, December 12, 2011. Born in Lansing, MI, he was the son of the late Charles and Janet Johnson Quigley. He worked in construction as a home builder.
Michael is survived by his step-mother, Gladys Quigley; one sister, Mary Ellen Jackson of Franklin, NC and one brother, Danny Roy Quigley of Franklin, NC.
