Minnie Alvera Mathis

Minnie Alvera Mathis, 54, of Franklin, NC, gained her eternal reward and joined Patty, Clay, and Boomer in everlasting peace and joy on October 14, 2022. She was born November 1, 1967, in Franklin, NC, to the late James Dudley Mathis and Helen Mae Bates. Minnie was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her family and was a big-hearted person, her smile lit up the room and she was loved by everyone she met.

Minnie is survived by two daughters: Misty Bramlett (Kevin) and Beth Crane (Michael).  Two brothers: Ronnie Bates, and Christopher Mathis. Four sisters: Anne Mathis, Alma Mathis, Peggy Roberts, and Jessica Mathis. Six grandchildren: Alexis, Junior, Amber, Shawn, Alley, and Brian; Big Buddy Bailey and Little Buddy Ryder, and several nieces and nephews: She is also survived by her lifetime friend Steven Phillips.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John Carl Bates, and James William Mathis Lambert.

A celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
