Ms. Mireille C. Pricot Henry-Douglas, 86, went home to our Lord and Savior, February 28, 2026.

She was born June 14, 1939, in Verdun France to the late Charles F. Pricot and Marie T. Gedrodel-Pricot. She came to America where she obtained her naturalization in November of 1963. Her career path consisted of working for Lucent Technologies from which she retired. She spent her remaining years being a loving mother and grandmother to her family.

She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Mary-Ella Henry-Fitzsimmons and her oldest son, Jackie Thomas Henry, Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory is her loving daughter, Michelle Henry-Elliott (Paul); her dear sons, Ted Henry and Joe Douglas (Shannon); devoted son-in-law, David Fitsimmons; Eleven grandchildren and a bushel of great-grandchildren who she adored.

A Celebration of Life Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Ellijay Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Honeycutt officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
