Paul Stanley Anderson, 69, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018.

Mr. Anderson was born November 5, 1948 in Macon County to the late Turner and Annie Lou Waldroop Anderson. He was a timber dealer and he loved to fish, hunt, and work in logging. Paul was also a member of Central Baptist Church in Franklin.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Marie Anderson of the home; a daughter, Janice Mason (Samuel) of Franklin, NC; a granddaughter, Christy Evans of Franklin, NC; siblings, Jane E. Anderson, Jerry T. Anderson (Karon), David E. Anderson (Gail), Janet A. Anderson, and Pat Davis (Gary) all of Franklin; and a sister-in-law, Sandra Anderson of Franklin; six nieces and nephews; and two great-nieces and nephews; and his faithful dog, Rambler.

Paul was preceded in death by a brother, Ellis Anderson.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 10, 2018 in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Garry McCoy and Rev. Robert Dryman officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday evening prior to the service.
