Ruby Mae Neal

Franklin, NC - Ruby Mae Neal, 92, of Franklin, NC passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in a local hospital. Born in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lilly Hanes McLemore.

Mrs. Neal was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved flowers and gardening. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Thomas W. Neal; two daughters, Marcia Davis of Asheville and Krista Hanes of Athens, GA; two sons, Gary Neal of Clyde and Keith Neal and wife Janet of Franklin; one sister, Lois Clark of Hampton, VA; one brother, Eugene McLemore of Indiana; one grandchild, Ellen Marie Baker and one great grandchild, Aeri Baker.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
