Ms. Sandra Mae Mundell Vannoy, 86, of Franklin, NC passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026. She was born January 4, 1940 in Elkins, West Virginia to the late Guy Mundell and Regina Smith Mundell.
She is survived by two daughters, Tonya Vannoy and Cindy Vannoy, seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and a brother, Robert Mundell (Jeanie). In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Beth Vannoy Burgess.
Sandra was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church and enjoyed watching her beloved West Virginia Mountaineers sports teams.
