Sarah Mallonee Fowler, Franklin - Sarah Mallonee Fo Church.
Franklin - Sarah Mallonee Fowler, age 67, of Ivy Hills Terrace, Franklin, NC passed away Friday, December 28, 2007 at her residence. She was a native of Macon County, NC, the daughter of the late George Mallonee and Edith Anderson Mallonee Froscher. She was a loving mother, devoted wife, a homemaker and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Walter "Walt" Fowler, two daughters, Revonda Barrs and India Mallonee Fowler both of Franklin, NC; one sister, Jane Mallonee Teasley of Blue Ridge, GA and one brother, George Mallonee of Lyerly, GA; two grandchildren, Lane and Ashley Barrs. She was preceded in death by her son, Billy.
Memorial services will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM Saturday January 5, 2008 with the Rev. Al Beck officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church Life Center Building Fund, c/o Maxine Elliott, PO Box 93, Franklin, NC 28734.
