Ms. Sharon Kay Taylor, 65, of Franklin, NC, passed away November 2, 2026. She was born August 9, 1961, in Sylva, NC, to the late Allen Cooper Taylor and Frankie Henry Taylor.
Ms. Sharon retired after having worked as a loan officer for the USDA for many years. Sharon loved reading and flowers, as well as photography and collecting photos. She also enjoyed collecting teapots from all around the world. Sharon loved Astronomy, as she liked to gaze at the moon and stars. She also loved spending time with her family.
Sharon is survived by her siblings, Judy Chapman (Michael), Perry Allen Taylor (Alice), and Tony Lee Taylor (Diane); as well as several nieces and nephews.
