Mrs. Shirley Mae Evitt Houston, 84, of Highlands, NC passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

A full obituary will be posted when complete.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 6, 2025 at Clayton First Assembly of God in Clayton, GA with Rev. Jeff Houston and Rev. Charles Reese officiating. Burial will follow in the Evitt Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.
