Steven Wayne King

Steven Wayne King, 52, of Franklin passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016. Born in Miami, FL, he was the son of Sonny and Yulondia "Lonne" Wade King.

Mr. King was employed by Drake Software for 13 years. He loved the Miami Dolphins and loved to create artwork. He was of the Christian faith and was involved in charity work and helping animals.

In addition to his parents, Mr. King is survived by his wife of 26 years, Veronica Killian King; three brothers, Brad King, Ronne King (Sara) Mike King (Beverly) and three nieces, Bailey, Taylor and Ella King. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred and Harold Wade.

A private service will be held.

The family would like to express their thanks to the Macon County EMS, Macon County Sheriff's Department and Macon County Volunteer Fire Departments for all their help.
