Tammy Renee Hancock

Franklin, NC - Tammy Renee Hancock, age 50, of Old Murphy Road, Franklin, NC passed away Friday, November 5, 2010 at an Asheville Hospital. She was born in Polk Co., FL the daughter of the late Bobby W. and Effie Harris Morphis. She was a homemaker and a member of Longview Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Angelica Hancock of Cullman, AL; her son L D Hood, Jr and his wife Sarah of Frostproof, FL; her companion, Brent Rogers of Franklin, NC; her brother, Timmy D. Morphis of Franklin, NC; her grandchildren, Makayla L. Hood, Jada B. Hood and Mia R. Hood.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 7 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Lee officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
