Thomas Riley Owens

Thomas Riley Owens, 54, of Clayton, GA, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023.  He was born November 28, 1968, in Alexandria, VA.

Thomas was a member of Blue Valley Baptist Church and was a man of strong faith.  He was a rock mason and an avid gardner.  He loved his family, music and the outdoors especially deer hunting.

Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Julius Owens.

He is survived by his mother, Nancy Anderson; sister, Kelli Mullins; brother, Clint Owens; wife and companion, Charlotte Marcus; stepchildren, Vanessa Stamps and Timothy H. Talley; niece, Nora Munger; nephew, Christopher Munger; eight great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Gary McCall officiating.

Bryant-Grant Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Owens family.
