Timothy "Tim" Benjamin Barnett

Timothy “Tim” Benjamin Barnett, 64, of Franklin, NC passed away on August 26, 2023, surrounded by his family. His love of family, friends, music, and stories was created over his lifetime and celebrated in his final hours.

Tim is survived by the mother of his children Kim Morgan, daughter Shannon Barnett, son Trevor and wife Holly Barnett, their daughter Teagan (Tim’s only granddaughter and greatest joy). Tim is survived by his brothers Mike [Nancy] Barnett, George [Trish] Olson, Jamie [Sue] Olson, Eric [Jennifer] Olson and his sister Beth [Mike] Klinefelter as well as many nieces and nephews.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents George and Grace, and his sisters Ellen and Cathy. He was welcomed home by his nephew Thomas on the anniversary of his passing and greeted with a handshake and love, we are sure.

A celebration of life will be held by family and close friends in September of 2023.
