Verona Blanche Ackerman

Franklin & Goodletsville, TN - Verona Blanche Ackerman, 90, of Goodlettsville, TN formerly of Franklin, NC passed away Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at a Hospice Center in Madison, TN. Born in North Platte, NE, she was the daughter of the late John L. and Hildred McClelland Lawson. She was married to Edgar Ackerman who passed away in 2002. She was a bookkeeper for Exem House Moving.

She is survived by her son, Mike Denton of Goodletsville, TN; grandchildren, Sean and Eric Denton , Brittaney Jones and Todd Burgett; great grandchildren, Sammy, Josie, Daisy and Jack Denton, Haley Campbell, Brandon Burgett; great great grandchildren, Hayden and Kiana Burgett.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 09, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Rush Cemetery with Rev. Vic Greene officiating.
