Vicki Ann Rutter

Highlands, NC - Vicki Ann Rutter, age 56, of Highlands, NC passed away Monday, July 23, 2012. Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Mickey Ward and Hester Cowart and lived in Commerce, GA for most of her life.

Mrs. Rutter is survived by one son, Kip Rutter and wife Sarah of Highlands, NC; three sisters, Pam Morgan of Madison, GA and Judy and Jill Willis both of Commerce, GA; four brothers, Ronnie Cowart of Hull, GA, Mike and Robbie Willis and Butch Cowart all of Commerce, GA and four grandchildren, Triston Rutter, Nathan Keener, Cooper Hall and Lillian Rutter.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made the the charity of one's choice.
