Virginia Ann Steen

Virginia Ann Steen, 84, of Franklin, NC, passed away January 2, 2025. She was born March 19, 1940, in Atlanta, GA to the late Ernest Milligan and Juanita Perrin Milligan.

Mrs. Steen was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She loved bird watching and watching the deer as they came through her yard.

She is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, George Steen; stepsons, Robert Steen (Tanne) and Travis Steen; stepdaughter, Carol Craig (Randy); grandchildren, Britney English, Michelle Steen, Dylan Craig, Mia Steen, Val Steen and Harrison Steen; one niece, Deenie Bradford.
