Mr. Willard "Bill" M. Peden, II passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Bill was born November 8, 1941, on Parma, Ohio to the late Willard M. Peden, Sr. and Norma P. Watson.

He was an Army veteran serving during Vietnam. He was a member of The American Legion Post 108 were he cooked through the years and the VFW post 7339. He worked and retired from the restaurant business as manager, Manners Big Boy, Brown Derby, and Flying J. He also worked for API and manufacturing company in Ohio.

Bill loved to cook, read about history, and watch and drive fast cars. He had a very high IQ. He was of the Lutheran Faith.

Survivors include his children, Kristin Peden, Willard M. Peden, III, James Peden; two grandchildren; and a brother, Lon A. Peden.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by a sister, Dandra Peden Bickley and a brother, James David Peden.

A private burial will take place in Black Mountain, North Carolina at the Western NC State Veterans Cemetery.
