William Osborne Nicoll
Highlands, NC - William Osborne Nicoll, age 93, of Highlands, NC passed away Monday, April 9, 2012. He was born in Schenectady, NY the son of the late William Macrae and Laura Osborne Nicoll. He was an executive for a chemical company and was a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by a son, William Nicoll of Sarasota, FL.
