Kay Frances (Halsey) Webb

Kay Frances Halsey-Webb, 78, of Franklin, NC, passed away May 18, 2025. Kay was born in Welch, West Virginia August 12, 1946, to the late Woodrow Halsey and Geneva Laferty Halsey.

Mrs. Webb was an Interior Designer. She loved gardening, sewing, going to the beach, dancing and music, and was an animal lover.  Mrs. Webb was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of forty-one years, James Webb; daughters, Denise Kolousek (Matthew) and Michelle Graham (Monty); grandchildren, Nyla Graham (Nicholas Gasser), Liam Graham, Tarynn Graham, Anastasia Kolousek (Hassan Awal), Jonas Kolousek, Mary Helen Kolousek ,Samuel Kolousek and Bridgit Kolousek; great-grandson, Mosi Kolousek-Awal; sisters, Dorothy, Violet and Carolyn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ella Bryn Kolousek and a sister Joanne.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
